Open your PDF
Drag a PDF onto the page or choose it from your computer or phone. It opens right in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
Signora is an e-signature app that works on your own device. Open a PDF, sign it, and send it to others to sign. Your documents never sit readable on our servers: anything you send is encrypted in your browser first.
If you can open a PDF, you can use Signora.
Drag a PDF onto the page or choose it from your computer or phone. It opens right in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
Draw, type or photograph your signature. Add signers (tenant, witness) and place their signature, name, date and checkbox fields. Each signer has their own colour.
Click Send: each signer gets a personal link, sent from your own email or WhatsApp, or by Signora. Ask for an emailed code and an access code if you want to be sure it's them.
Signers confirm it's them, sign in their browser, and pass it on. The final PDF is sealed, with a certificate listing every signer, time and check.
From a quick signature on a form to a lease signed by three people.
Draw it, type it in a handwriting style, or take a photo of it on paper. Save it to use again.
Signature, initials, name, date, free text and checkboxes. Mark fields as required so nothing is missed.
Add the people who need to sign (tenant, witness, manager). Each gets their own colour, and only their own fields.
Each signer gets a personal link and signs in their browser, no account needed. The document is encrypted before it leaves your device.
Ask signers for a code sent to their email and an access code you share on WhatsApp. Both are recorded on the certificate.
Signers press Start and Next, and Signora takes them to each field they need to fill. Nobody gets lost in a 20-page PDF.
Finished PDFs are digitally sealed, with a trusted timestamp when you're online. Change one byte and Adobe Reader, or Signora's Verify page, shows it.
A certificate page lists who signed and when, with a tamper-evident log of every step, inside the PDF.
A policy for every employee? Paste or upload a list, and everyone gets their own copy to sign. Track them all in one place.
One link for a website or WhatsApp group: a waiver, a consent form. Everyone who opens it signs their own copy.
Your documents are saved on your device automatically. Turn a document you use often into a template.
Signing and downloading need no internet and no account. You can even pass a document between signers as a file.
An API and signed webhooks connect Signora to your own systems, such as your CRM or HR tool.
Many e-signature services keep your documents on their servers, where the provider can access them. Signora doesn't: documents are opened, signed and sealed in your browser. When you send one, you decide how the link travels.
Signora gives you a personal link for each signer. Send it from your own email or WhatsApp. One click on Email opens your own mail app with the message ready.
Signora emails each person their link when it's their turn, and can send reminders.
| What Signora's server stores | Can we read it? |
|---|---|
| Documents you sign without sending | Nothing is stored. They never leave your device. |
| Documents sent by link | Only an encrypted copy, unreadable to us. Deleted 1, 7 or 30 days after everyone has signed (your choice). |
| Document titles and signers' names | Encrypted with the document's key, unless you choose to show the title in emails. |
| Signers' email addresses, signing order, times | Yes. This is needed to route the document and send emails. |
| Your saved signatures and document library | Nothing is stored. They live only in your browser. |
Want nothing on any server at all? Use Send as a file (offline): you pass the document to each signer yourself, as a file.
Real screens from the app, up close.
Place signature, initials, name, date, text and checkbox fields, and say who fills each one. Every signer has their own colour, so it’s clear at a glance whose part is whose.
No guessing what “bulk” or “package” means. Signora shows every way to send in plain words, and tells you when one isn’t available and why.
Send the links yourself, and Signora never holds the key to your document. Or let Signora email them and send reminders. Each option says exactly what it means.
Signers open their link on any phone or computer. No account, no app. Start and Next take them to each field they need to fill.
We'd rather tell you now than have you find out later.
Documents and saved signatures are kept on this device, in this browser. Clearing your browser data deletes them, and they don't appear on your other devices. Download anything important. Completed documents you sent by link are copied back into your library when you sign in.
You can make signers enter a code sent to their email, and an access code you give them on WhatsApp or by phone. That proves they have that inbox and the code, and the certificate records it. Signora doesn't check passports or ID cards. For contracts that legally require ID checks or a "qualified" electronic signature, use a provider that offers them.
Each signer signs in turn. Many people signing the same single document at the same time, or "anyone from this group may sign", isn't available yet. To have many people sign their own copies, use Send to many people.
Signing and downloading work without an account, even offline. Sending by link, sending to many people and public signing links need a free account (sign in with just your email).
Signora works on phones, but preparing documents is easier on a computer or tablet. More languages, starting with Urdu, are coming.
Yes, for now. There are no limits on documents or signers beyond fair-use rate limits. If we introduce paid plans later, we'll say so clearly in advance.
Signora signs PDFs, so save your document as a PDF first: in Word, File → Save As → PDF; in Google Docs, File → Download → PDF. Why only PDF? A PDF looks exactly the same on every device, so signature boxes stay where you put them, and the finished document can be sealed. Converting Word files would mean uploading them to a server, which is exactly what Signora avoids.
No. They open their link and sign in the browser on any computer or phone. Only the sender needs a free account.
Turn on the signer checks when you send. With their email given, Signora emails the signer a code they must enter before the document opens, so a forwarded link alone isn't enough. For sensitive documents, also require an access code that you give them another way, such as WhatsApp or a phone call. The certificate page records which checks each signer passed. Signora doesn't check passports or ID cards.
Yes. After you sign your part, each link has Copy, Email and WhatsApp buttons. Add the signer's WhatsApp number and the chat opens with the message ready. If you use an access code, send the link by email and the code on WhatsApp: two different channels are what make the code worth having. The number stays in your browser and is never sent to Signora.
Yes. In Send to many people, add optional phone and
access_code columns to your CSV, or let Signora create a code for each
person. The links file you download lists every person's link and code, and each row
has a WhatsApp button.
No password. Enter your email and click the sign-in button we email you (or type the code from it). You stay signed in on that device as long as you keep using Signora.
Your browser encrypts the document before sending it. The key is part of the link (after the #), which browsers never send to servers. So our server stores data it cannot read, unless you choose "Signora emails the links for me", which is explained clearly when you send.
In many countries, electronic signatures are valid for everyday agreements, but rules differ by country and document type. Signora proves a PDF hasn't changed and when it was sealed. It doesn't verify identity. When in doubt, ask a legal adviser. This isn't legal advice.
Everyone can download the final PDF. Signora deletes its encrypted copy after the number of days you chose (1, 7 or 30). Your own copy is saved in your library automatically.
Free. Private. No password. Nothing to install.
